Truth/Lies 2/6 bugged and lost myself and teammates all our purple stuff please refund
this happened around 11:00pm EST on 4/16. we completed the drone wing encounter and shot all the boxes to leave and the barrier would not drop. We then shot more boxes, I believe there were 3 or 4 extra, thinking that would do it. Nothing did. We lost our purple stuff which is not nothing to us, and I feel awful because I was the only one doing the quest so my teammates died for no reason.
At the very least we should have our gear refunded if not the quest auto-completed as well
I understand you've received many reports about this and are looking into it, and here is yet another. I will attach a link to a video of the run as well as screenshots of my inventory and quest screen as I have seen you ask for these details in other reports. Thanks.

We're investigating this issue and are working on a solution.
This also happened to us, I made a post about it too. Hope they can refund gear because this wasnt even our fault, just stuck waiting until the timer expired
