Commendation Generator Trinket not consuming on Exfil

- Description of Issue - As the title states, I exfilled on Rook with the new Commendation Trinket, which was sent to overflow as my vault was full. I expected it to be consumed to award additional CyberAcme Commends. I cleared vault space and it was placed into my vault. I am able to interact with and move the item in my vault but it does not make sound when moved. I placed it into my inventory and loaded a solo run on Dire Marsh as Assassin. Again on exfil the item was not consumed, nor did it award additional cyberacme commends as I counted before and after and only received the x6 for a standard solo exfil
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Yesterday April 16th, around 7pm
- Repro steps - I looted the item off the ground as a Rook and exfilled. It went to overflow as my vault was full.

Same thing happening to me. Also, if you drop this new item on the ground during any run, it will disappear. Went to show it to a friend and it was gone. Couple games later, same friend found one and went to give it to me, dropped it on the ground for me. I never even saw it come out. Just gone forever.
Same here, got one in a container in the Perimeter North Relay key room on a solo run, and it wasn't consumed on exfil
So this new item is basically completely bugged. It can’t be dropped and it doesn’t work either lol. It’s worth 250 credits when you sell it btw so it’s virtually worthless maybe the patch today will fix it.
This just happened to me as well. I have moved it into my vault and will leave it there until the bug is patched, or it randomly disappears.
Same thing happened to me. Still have it in my inventory in case the devs put out a patch that actually gives some CARRI points for it.
You don't get any commendation just for exfilling in solos. It's 6 commendations for completing a contract objective, and 5 more for each extra player you exfil with.
Found the item last night and tried to show it to my friend. It immediately deleted itself when I dropped it. There is no warning or UI indicating it cannot be dropped once picked up, or maybe there is no in game model for the item? Very strange.
