Map Bug Caused Character to Fall Under Map and Lose Full Gear
During a run, my character suddenly fell through the map without any warning and became stuck underneath the environment. I was unable to recover or continue the match, and as a result I lost my entire loadout and all of the gear I had equipped.
This was not caused by combat or player error — it appears to be a map/environment bug. I am submitting this report because I would like this issue investigated and, my lost gear restored. 
Please let me know if any additional information is needed.

We understand your character's bag fell through the map. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. At this time, we have taken note of your report concerning this. We will be sure to investigate it on our end.
While we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
This wasn't due to "Internet connectivity or client-side problems." This was a game/Server error I did not disconnect I was playing the game and my entire body/box is underneath your Map in all of the provided screenshots.
I also want to mention in all of the provided screenshots there was no way for them to get to my body which was all in game in the provided screenshot you can see that they were trying to get my body but they could not because I was under the map, you can also see they stood until there was less than 4 minutes in the game so again I want to say this was not due to ""Internet connectivity or client-side problems."
