Game makes my PC shut off, but does not display window's "shutting down" screen. On cryo and outpost (maybe other maps I have not tried these)
the game seemingly removes power to my PC? no issues booting back up, and it only happens in marathon. Temps look fine, and this does not happen in more intensive games (ex: blender, cyberpunk) computer seems to be functioning correctly.

This is a issue that makes the game fully unplayable. please fix ASAP

My OS is windows 11
Nvidia 2080 super
AMD Ryzen 3600
Im not seeing any error codes after the shut down. I cannot see error codes post shut-down due to how this bug functions.
If possible, I would like a refund of my gear I lost during my recent cryo archive match. Thank you.

We have taken note of your PC's specifications. Having reviewed the specifications, it seems strange you would experience crashing like this. So we can take a more granular look at this issue, please provide us with a copy of your DxDiag. You can copy and paste it over on PasteBin and reply with the viewing link.
While we're unable to manually return lost gear, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
