Codex Challenges Not Completing

Platform - Xbox Series S Description of Issue - Codex weapon challenges not completing.
Found an Outlander and got a precision kill on a UESC recruit from 50+ meters (PvE enemies have worked for all the other weapon challenges I’ve done) but did not get the codex challenge to complete for the Exodus Red weapon skin. Next match brought in a Longshot and got a precision kill from over 50 meters on the same enemy, a recruit, and that one worked.
Quit to home screen and fully closed Marathon and reloaded it. Tried again with the Outlander in a new match, and also got two hip fire kills in rapid succession with the BRRT, and neither completed in codex.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Several matches around 2am PT on April 16th, 2026.
Repro steps - Tried completing the Outlander and BRRT challenges in another match, still didn’t work. Headshotted two UESC recruits from almost 100m away this time, and still nothing.
