MIDA drone quest, A bug that costed us a perfect run with TWO looted prestige mods!
We(me and my two friends) were playing outpost, killed the whole lobby, then ROOKs, looted arsenal and every box. Then, we decided to do the TRUTH\\LIE(or smth like that)2 quest, instead of looting the pilot room. Did every objective, but when we broke 7\7 security boxes, I accidentally broke the 8th one, causing the defense barriers to raise again and lock us for the rest of the match!!!!! please send us our loot back, we like this game so much, but it's so depressing when you loose everything hard earned because of a game bug or a cheater.... https://youtu.be/W83Kt_Ip2Es - video with everything recorded, sorry for black flashes during it

We are aware of situations where players can become locked in by the barriers at Drone Wing.
We are currently investigating these situations.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
