Glitch Laser room in Outpost's Drone Wing Trapping players

Description of issue: A teammate of mine (Rusty#8082) and I were perminantly locked in a laser room in drone wing of Outpost not allowing us to escape.
Date: 4/14/2026
Time: The match was from around 10 to 10:30 PST
Repro Steps:
- To the best of my understanding the Vandal(megaLUL#7364) and Thief on our squad was doing some kind of priority contract (different ones to my understanding) and one of them seemed to doing something in drone wing. I believe it was tied to this laser locked room (I wasn't with him).
- He finished up, we looted the locked red room at the center of pinwheel base, then proceeded to go through drone wing to exfiltrate as there was an exfil nearby.
- While in Drone wing, I noticed one of the destructable red glowing boxes. Same kind that are destroyed to unlock destroyed wing. I shot it out of habit.
- After which, laser walls spawned, trapping Rusty#8082 and I inside.
- After searching for around 5-8 minutes we weren't able to find any means of escaping. There were a number of already destroyed of the aformentioned destrucible boxes, however non remained at that time.
- I wasn't with my team member when he was doing his quest in drone wing but I suspect that the locked area is for his quest and that he'd already destroyed all of the other boxes to free himself. When I destroyed the other box it seemed to glitch the quest, reenabling the laser wall.
- I also wonder if its a client issue where all of the boxes had been destroyed on the quester's side but on my side one remained.
Sadly I don't record my sessions but I did include screenshots of the post game screen. The finished quest steps for megaLUL#7364's contract are shown there if that clues ya'll into what contract that is. I wanna say Rusty#8082 was on the same priority contract but a different step.
One suggestion, maybe just auto unlock this room in the last few minutes or so just so people are able to extract so they can finish up their quest in the next one.

We are currently investigating these situations.
If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
