No more free daily Enhanced Shield and Medical?

Ever since i unlocked Safeguard and Restore weeks ago i have been claiming my daily stacks with no problem, but after todays update it no longer shows the first stack as free. I waited until the shop timer reset but still no luck.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We understand that, despite having unlocked Safeguard and Restore, that you haven't received your usual free items from the Armory. This does sound odd to us. To rule out a temporary issue, you may wish to close and relaunch the game if you haven't already done so. If that doesn't help with this, then please reply with the following for our investigation:

    • The platform you play the game on.
    • If any particular actions other than logging in today appeared to trigger this, then please outline those actions for us.
    • A linked videoclip which demonstrates you having the upgrades in question but none of the associated items available to claim in the Armory.

    Once we have the above details, we will investigate this further. Thanks.
