as you can see, this has adverse effects on combat interactions.

We are aware of situations where players can face heavy stuttering and are currently investigating these situations.
i have died numerous times today because of this. please fix it :(
Hugh Jaynous#2003 is my bungie account. This happens every single run, no particular time involved. It happened during the server slam, and up until a couple of patches ago, then started again with the most recent patch. I have tried every combination of every graphics setting available to no avail.
