Sekiguchi Parasitism 3/5 Glitched

When injecting the synthesized sample in central quarantine (the last step for this contract) the first step of the contract “loot sparkleaf in dire marsh” regresses and says you need to loot that again, despite the second step of the contract remaining checked off. The quest does not count after injecting the synthesized sample and exfil, regardless of those steps being completed. Very frustrating to have to repeat this contract twice or more.
