Cryo Archive Cyberacme Contract Completion
My friends and I played a game of Cryo Archive just before it was taken out for the week. We managed to solve a vault and also open the security level 5 clearance room which completed the contract we had. Once we came back Cryo Archive was removed and we were unable to complete the contract and get the rewards for it. Is this a bug, and can we still get our rewards?
Cryo Archive is back and just checked today and I did not get my rewards. Is this a bug?

How Cryo Archive contracts work right now:
They are weekend-only CyberAcme contracts that can only be progressed/completed while Cryo is available that weekend.
When Cryo rotates back the next weekend, contract progress resets and the full slate returns.
Each completed Cryo contract gives one random high-rarity item (key/material/weapon/gear) and is then removed from your pool for that week only; the Codex / shell-skin progress is what persists week-to-week.
So if:
You finished the in-run objectives (vault + Security 5 room) right before Cryo rotated out, and
The weekly reset hit before the game fully registered and paid out that contract,
then that specific item reward is effectively lost, and the contract list was wiped for the new Cryo weekend as intended. There’s currently no mechanism for support to restore individual Cryo contract rewards after the weekly reset.
The good news is that your long-term Cryo Codex progress (shell skins, Vidmaster, etc.) is designed to carry over between weeks, so you can still earn the meta rewards by re-doing that contract the next time it appears.
