Items missing from Vault Overflow after the rook run
After a successful rook run, I logged out, leaving several valuable items in the overflow vault. Today, I returned to the game and discovered that all of them had simply disappeared. I WANT MY GOODIES BACK

Thank you for your report.
We are aware of situations where after a successful Rook run with a full vault, items that are marked as Retained in the end-of-run loadout report never appear in the Vault or Overflow once you return to lobby—exactly what you’re describing. This is tied to how the finite Overflow inventory (32 slots) handles excess items when both your Backpack and Vault are effectively full, which can result in items being dropped instead of safely held in Overflow.
The loss is permanent for that run—there’s currently no way in Marathon to recover items that never made it into your Vault/Overflow after exfil.
We are currently investigating these situations.
