Failed to exfil from Cyro archive due to environmental glitch

- Description of Issue - my team and I had just looted the vault behind Generator room 02, I dropped my security clearance tag for my teammate to pick up. After I dropped the stack of tags, none of us were able to pick them back up. We could see the icon for the tags, and the name of the stack of items would appear if you got close to it, but we were not able to pick them up. It looked like they had clipped through the uppermost portion of the floor texture. The round only had a few minutes left in it, and we were not able to get enough tags to get clearance level 3 and active exfil, but we had found the exfil terminal and the exfil location. We were finally killed by the timer. I do not have a screenshot or recording of our attempt to get the card out of the floor. I was only able to take a screenshot of the post-game summary.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 4/10/26 ~5:40 CST.
- Repro steps -we had dropped and picked up the security clearance tags before. It appeared that this specific item did not have proper collision on that part of the floor.
I am a bit bummed that my best run thus far failed due to what appears to be a bug.
Amazing game! Can't wait for it to get better.

While we've taken note of this thread and will continue monitoring any issues that may have caused this to occur, if you are able to locate the area on a map, please provide us with a screenshot of approximately where this occurred.
