Shot by UESC that was bugged and invincible

UESC standing still, shoot him several times, he takes no damage at all

Then a bit later, he starts shooting me and my shields are down and I encounter another player and die while out of ammo

this feels unnecessarily punishing. If the UESC was simply frozen that'd be one thing, but that he was frozen and invulnerable and then started shooting me is really unfortunate.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand you had an anomalous experience with a UESC. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact of such an incident. So we can effectively investigate what happened, please consider sharing the following info with us:

    • Have you experienced this on more than one occasion from UESC? If yes, was it always particular types of them?
    • Does this only happen on particular maps or locations?
    • The platform you play on.
    • The approximate date you experienced this on.
    • If certain in-game actions appear to reproduce this behavior from UESC, then please outline them for us.
    • A linked videoclip of what you experienced. If you have a clip, you can upload it to Youtube and link us to it here.

Once we have the above information, we will investigate this.

  • I think I saw this once before, although the invincible UESC didn't shoot at me. This time was unique that it was invincible and still shot me.
Not sure, I only had it happen on perimeter. But can't say if its isolated from a single sample size.

    PC. Steam.

I don't think anything I did triggered it, the UESC was frozen in place when I came up on them. Attempted to knife him many times, but he took no damage. He was already bugged.

No video clip but I did get a screenshot. He took no damage from knife or from my sniper rifle. Did not move from this fixed position.

  • He may be stuck in the railing?
