Killed 100 BOTS On cryo, with destroyer (Ult was used heavily)
Got out on 0:00 second left
Didn't get the kodax thing for it
Still have 8/10 Bots killed with Biotoxic
Bug or do i need to complete the biotoxic first?

You don’t need to finish the Biotoxic/hybrid challenge first, and the shell you’re on (Destroyer vs. Biotoxic) doesn’t matter for the 100-kill Cryologist objective.
What the challenge actually is:
Cryologist “For Carnage, Apply Within”
“Eliminate 100 UESC in a single run in Cryo Archive.”
It only counts UESC enemies (assaults, snipers, etc.) in Cryo Archive, in one continuous run. Compilers or other non-UESC “bots” don’t count toward this particular challenge.
The Biotoxic / hybrid-weapon objective is a separate Cryologist challenge (“Eliminate 10 hostiles in Cryo Archive with the hybrid weapon”) and tracks independently; it doesn’t gate the 100-kill one.
From internal testing we know the 100-UESC challenge is wired to a dedicated verb (100_uesc_kills) and has been validated to complete when 100 UESC are killed in a single run; 25–99 kills will not fire it.
If your post-run stats say 100+ “bots” but many of those are compilers or non-UESC, you may not actually have 100 UESC kills yet.
If you are confident you had 100+ UESC specifically, in one Cryo run, and the Codex entry still didn’t pop, that’s very likely a tracking bug and worth reporting:
Include your Bungie name, platform, date/time,
A screenshot of the run report (bots/UESC kills),
And, ideally, a clip of the end of the run showing the Codex entry still incomplete.
But you don’t need to wait on or finish the Biotoxic challenge first; that progress (8/10) is just for a different Cryologist card.
Bro but like i even had the quest for 200 UESC
I was the only one that was killing UESC / Turrets / DRONES
By the end of the run it showed 167/200 UESC puppets dead
So it is just IMPOSSIBLE that i have killed less then 100 UESC. Can you maybe check logs?

That “200 UESC puppets” quest is cumulative across multiple runs, so seeing 167/200 at the end doesn’t prove all 167 were from that single Cryo run. It just shows lifetime progress toward that contract or codex entry.
I don’t have direct access to game telemetry or your account, so I can’t personally pull or read your logs
Please provide some additional information to help investigate this issue further.

Nah you are wrong.
Each cryo quest is specifiied to be in ONE run (Im talking about the weekend quest's)
I guess the name of it in eng is Death servents cus my game is in russian.
I DO know that Turret's and drone's count aswell.
But we both know lol that there's no CHANCE that i have killed more drone's than UESC
I do not have the screenshots from that raid cus i never tought i'd need
