Game is stuck on loading screen and no fixes help
I have been stuck on the loading screen for marathon after the sign in page and I have tried just about every fix I could find. I've restarted my console, completely reset it, uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and nothing is working. Any assistance would be really appreciated as Im getting frustrated at this point. Im on xbox series x

Thank you for reaching out.
We are aware of similar situations on the Xbox that can cause Marathon to get stuck on an infinite loading screen, especially after resuming or after the title has cached bad local data.
We are currently investigating these situations.
Here are some steps that might help resolve the issue
1. Fully quit the game (don’t resume)
On the Xbox Home screen, highlight Marathon.
Press Menu (≡) → Quit.
Then relaunch Marathon from your games list instead of using Quick Resume.
If it still hangs, move on.
2. Clear persistent storage + local cache
Go to Settings → Devices & connections → Blu-ray → Persistent storage → Clear persistent storage.
Then do a full power cycle:
Hold the Xbox power button on the console for ~10 seconds until it shuts off.
Unplug the power cable for 30–60 seconds.
Plug back in and turn the console on.
Launch Marathon again.
3. Delete only Marathon’s local saved data
This does not delete your account, characters, or progression (those live on Bungie’s servers), but it will reset local settings and cached sign-in/state.
From Home → My games & apps → highlight Marathon.
Press Menu (≡) → Manage game and add-ons.
Go to Saved data.
Select your profile and choose Delete from console (not “Delete everywhere”).
Relaunch Marathon and sign in again.
I have tried these steps and it is still stuck on infinite loading
Same for me, except it is on PC, and I cannot get passed the sign-in screen. I have submitted a ticket, but it has not been answered yet. Request #451170. I have tried completely uninstalling the game (including the Steam folder) and reinstalling, but still no luck. I am not running a VPN or a proxy server. Thanks.
