Server issues

Good morning,
I lost all the items listed in the description due to server issues. I managed to reconnect, but the server kicked me out again; now it seems to be working properly.
Can you help me by restoring my items?

(P.S.: This isn’t directly related to this report, but I’m encountering a lot of cheaters, so I’m reporting as many as possible in the hope that it will help.)

    We understand you experienced error code Centipede. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. For information and troubleshooting which may help to prevent Centipede from recurring, please see our article on this error code.

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
