Tagging enemy when hitting them with the knife, despite no key bound for that
Platform: XBOX.
Occurs: Always.
When I am in melee/knife, my RB button is automatically mapped to ping "danger" as if using the "+ pad" (controller).
How to reproduce: Map the RB for the light and strong knife attacks, switch to knife and attack.

Hi there,
Thank you for your response and providing additional details. May we also know what type of controller layout are you using? (ex. Default, custom, etc.)
A regular Xbox Series X controller is being used.
The problem also occurs on Steam. More specifically, the actual tag is "danger here," which can be placed on an enemy or a point of interest.
The button layout is almost the default one, with the following changes:
Quick Melee: RB (press)
Light Attack: RB (press)
Use Equipment: RT (press)
Equip Knife: RB (double press)
Hi there,
