no final exfil on dire march
hello! I found a key on dead runner from complex, nicely looted and waited final exfil because nearest one was in lockdown zone and i didn’t have antivirus pack. so exfil didn’t spawn and i lost all my stuff with no reason. can i get it back to me? it’s obviously a bug or glitch

Hi there,
Thank you for your report.
We are aware of issues where on Dire Marsh where the final exfil can fail to spawn when a Lockdown (often in/around Algae Ponds) comes online at almost the same time final exfil is supposed to appear.
We are currently investigating this issue.
Could you give us some additional details to along to go along with your report?

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
