Hitreg problems

The game has hitreg issues, randomly hits just don't register, happened more often than this one time but this is the clearest example I managed to get. I don't have any connection issues (no icon in top-right). I have a stable fiber connection with 2 devices connected - the PC I play on and my phone, PC connected by cable.

    Howdy, thanks for the report! Mind answering a few questions to help us investigate?

    1. Can we get a timestamp of when this occurred? - ex) 4/8/26 around 3pm PST - Some capture software includes this in the file name or file properties
    2. Do you have a longer video, preferably one that shows more of what happened leading up to this event?
    3. What's your in-game name? - I believe it's Mind Goblin#3837 but would like to confirm
    4. Have you experienced this issue with other weapons, if so how often?

    2. I have full 10 minutes before this happened, I can upload it later today

    4. Yes, with multiple weapons, most notably on Longshot, Outland and Channel Rifle, as with the scope I usually can clearly see if I hit the target or not, with other guns it's not as easy especially that often some of the hits register and some of them not - this is the first case where I have a clear recording of zero shots connecting even if they should. I'd say at least once per 2 games with sniper rifles.
