Never enter to match
I get stuck in the matchmaking screen for like 10 minutes and never enter to match, i close the game and open again to try to reconnect but still get stuck, can you roll back my inventory, just for this time?

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
