2nd time posting this and still have not received any confirmation on returned items
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yDBbDpVvUJY AGAIN, I am posting the clip of me unfairly losing my gear to final exfil glitching and costing gold and important items I rarely come across. The last 30 seconds is me extracting the same exact way the time it decided that it didn't want to work. I am day 4 of this not even being confirmed to me that this would be resolved or my items be given back to me.

Thank you for your report and video.
We are aware of issues where the final exfil can eliminate players.
We are currently investigating these issues.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
