Failed to extract despite being in the extract and it counting down, LOST EVERYTHING!
I ran into this bug in Outpost my duo
Marathon players are reporting a bug where extraction fails at the last second, even during the animation, resulting in lost loot. This is likely a server-side issue under investigation by Bungie, often occurring with final exfils or late-match exits.
Even though being in the extract with 9 seconds left on the count down, the it counted down and showed as Run Complete. Then came up as failed to extract and we lost everything we had.
Can this please be fixed and can we get our stuff back through the post master

If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
