Stuck on loading screen when match searching
tried to load into a trio lobby, took expensive kits and keys. waited for 25+ minutes and never got in. is there anyway to get back all that loot?

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
