Twitch Drops Again…
I made a post yesterday regarding Twitch Drops that I earned but did not receive on my Marathon account. Specifically, I earned the Server Slam and Marathon launch rewards (gun skins, stickers, emblem, and profile picture items), but they were not showing up in my inventory in Marathon.
In that post, I also clearly mentioned that I did not earn the Tau Ceti Cup rewards, as I didn’t watch the event.
After receiving a response from support, I logged in and noticed that only the Tau Ceti Cup rewards were added to my account.
I appreciate the help, but I believe there may have been a mix-up. I did not earn the Tau Ceti Cup drops, and it doesn’t feel right to have rewards I didn’t earn.

If possible, could the Tau Ceti Cup rewards be removed and the correct drops added to my account instead?

Thanks for reaching back out to us. Sorry about the mix-up you seem to have had with the rewards you received. We've taken note of this mix-up the drops you are still missing and will continue investigating.
