Me and my teammate got stuck in drone wing on Outpost due to a team we killed having a quest there where it puts barriers up meaning you can't exit, usually if its your quest you can destroy some boxes around the room to deactivate the barriers but because it was another teams quest we wasnt able to do this and was stuck with no exit. I'm sure you're aware of the issue and are looking into it but are you also looking into giving the items back that people lost due to this glitch? I assume most likely not, as I haven't recieved any of my items I lost due to the permanent toxin bug on Cryo Arcive when I'd died due to that.

Thank you for your report and video.
We are aware of issues with Outpost – Pinwheel / Drone Wing where a contract-triggered lockdown room can stay sealed after the runner who started it dies, trapping other players inside. We are currently investigating this issue.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
