Lost loot on extraction
I have no clue how but I had a bunch of purple loot and then went to the very last extraction and stood there in the circle for 10 seconds. I did not move out or anything like that. It said I extracted, but when I went back to the main menu, all my loot was gone I would like my loot back please. I worked so hard to get it and it takes a lot of time to get it and I just feel like I should be able to get that back. I’ve never had this happen to me before it is annoying I hope you can fix it and give me my loot back

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
