Verbal abuse from opposing team
I (Teos-Blade) and my friend (ShinryuV14) encountered an opposing team on Perimeter. When they engaged, and downed Shinryuv14, they began telling us to kill ourselves, which is against Bungie's Code of Conduct. Video evidence posted below.

While we appreciate you taking the time to report this, please consult this page for info on reporting players and the appropriate contact form where you can submit your report. The Marathon Help Forums are unable to process reports of this nature.
There is no contact form for verbal abuse via the link you provided, and reporting in game is almost impossible, because you cannot report a player until you return to the menu, and THEN you have to find the name mixed in with recent players.
Not to mention verbal abuse is not among offenses that can be reported. Closest would be griefing
Options listed are:
In-Game Cheating
Exploiting a bug/glitch
Spamming friend requests or invites
Griefing
Abuse of grief reporting
Hardware or software manipulation
Not verbal abuse, or telling players to kill themselves.
