Warlock Grenade Charging Issue – Escape Artist (Duo Shock Attribute)
Hello,
I am experiencing a major issue with my Warlock regarding grenade charging when using the Escape Artist gauntlets (Arc Soul / “Getaway Artist” exotic).
Randomly, holding down my input (left mouse button) throws the grenade without charging it, preventing me from activating the Arc Soul as intended. Sometimes the grenade is released instantly on its own; other times it starts charging but gets automatically released after a short delay.
I have not been able to identify what triggers this bug or how it behaves. In some cases, I can successfully chain multiple charged grenades, while in others it works intermittently, or not at all. Yesterday, I had a full session without any issues, but today I am reporting this after a session where charging worked almost never (approximately 1 out of 20 attempts).
I would like to clarify that I have tested my mouse thoroughly to rule out any hardware issues (across multiple games and using several input-testing tools, both wired and 2.4G wireless).
This issue only occurs in Destiny 2.
