Error Code Monkey during Duo Outpost run, could not reconnect even after relaunch

Was in the middle of duo queue outpost run, just opened the 3 master key pinnacle strongbox room and lost connection after a few more seconds. I never dropped connection from the voice call I am in with my duo partner so I don't believe this to be a client-side network drop.

I continued waiting on the black screen when prompted but was unable to reconnect. Eventually I alt-f4'd the game and relaunched to see if I could reconnect. After progressing through the intros I waited on a black screen until the same "continue waiting" prompt appeared and was never able to reconnect.

I lost a decent kit and my first time getting into the pinnacle room sadly. Would love to know if I could get my gear refunded at least.

Hoping this networking issue can be addressed in the future. This is the first time I've gotten DC'd.

    If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

  • I have a video clip of the disconnect if it is useful, but I doubt it.

    If there is a place for attaching video clips I am unaware of how.

  • I am having the same error. Middle of match and my game kicked me out saying this.
