Audio Buzz On Mic

Bungie Account Name: Kinoko#0954
Platform: Steam (PC, Windows 11)

Description of Issue: When I use in-game voice chat, my teammates hear a persistent buzzing noise from my microphone when I am not speaking. I've tried turning down the gains on my mic manually, I've tried turning background noise suppression both on and off in social settings, but nothing seems to help. Because my teammates (and presumably other players through prox chat) always hear this noise from me, I cannot use in-game voice chat and instead have to use Discord to play with friends. I do not have this issue in any other game or application where I use native voice chat. The noise suppression on my mic itself is generally good enough in all other cases.

Rough Date & Time of Issue: Consistent since launch. I've tried many things in the past month to try to fix it. I participated in Server Slam, and my mic and PC (same setup) worked perfectly during that time. I don't know what changed about the audio between Server Slam and Launch, but the difference is huge. It was noticeable day one, and is still the same today.
