Matter transfer timer increasing after final timer hits zero
- Bungie Account Name - Gear#3711

- Description of Issue -Duo Outpost. 45 seconds before the final timer, the extract was activated by another team, we took them out and the final timer started, the time for matter transfer and the final timer were exact until the final timer hit zero, it then changed the matter transfer to 4 seconds, causing us to die while extracting.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 4/6/26 2PM EST
- Repro steps - Probably starting an non-final extract shortly before the final timer starts
