Cryo boss completion bug
We have completed all rooms and the boss, everything completed under cryo quests. My team mates having new items under CyberAcme to exchange for materials from Cryo boss, but on my account and some other people have not got option to exchange in the Arsenal for new red material. I was waiting for few days just in case it may appear, but it's not appeared under CyberAcme. Can this please be fixed?

For the Cryo boss “red” material exchange at CyberAcme:
The Arsenal barters only unlock after you personally pick up the boss’s red contraband material (e.g., Compiler Ganglion) and successfully exfil with it at least once. That acquisition flips an internal “material acquired” flag, which then makes the new CyberAcme barters appear for your account.
Being in the run, clearing all Cryo quests, or just helping kill the boss isn’t enough if a teammate is the one who carried that material out.
That’s why your teammates can already trade at CyberAcme while you can’t: they’ve exfilled with the red boss material themselves; you likely haven’t yet.
Next Cryo boss clear:
Make sure you pick up the red boss material drop and keep it in your inventory.
Exfil alive with it (any exfil is fine).
After that run, check Arsenal → CyberAcme → Barters / exchanges again; the new red-material trades should be present.
As a precaution, avoid having your vault totally full, since a full vault is known to block certain faction reward/progression events in edge cases.
