Teammates sabotaging my run
Is there any way to make a report to get gear back i had.a teammate yelling in open mic my location once I had good loot and led a rook to my location to kill me and then proceeded to give my loot away and not revive.

You can and should report them, but you won’t get your gear back for that run.
1. Gear restoration
Bungie have only committed to restoring starting gear in a narrow set of server-side disconnect cases, not for anything caused by other players or normal gameplay.
Being betrayed/griefed by a teammate (calling your location, feeding you to a Rook, looting/giving away your stuff, not reviving) is awful, but it’s still treated as normal match outcome, so they won’t refund gear in those situations.
2. How to report that player
Bungie do want reports for cheating and poor behavior (including verbal abuse, harassment, and other Code of Conduct violations) and support Marathon directly via their central reporting system:
In-game (Marathon):
Open the Social menu.
Go to Recent Players.
Select the player → View Profile → Report Player.
Pick the most accurate reason (e.g., Verbal Abuse, Harassment / Toxic Behavior) and submit.
