Dire Marsh No Final Exfil

- Description of Issue - During a run on Dire Marsh, final exfil failed to spawn resulting in the loss of all items. No waypoint or beam of light were present to indicate that it had spawned.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - April 6 2026, approx 15:00 AEST
- Repro steps - The Lockdown event was present with 2 of 3 locations complete. Otherwise, session was normal with 2 squads remaining at the end
