PS5 hard crashing (powering off)
I have a base ps5 (disk drive model), game is installed on console hard drive. PS5 is standing vertically with plenty of ventilation, power cord is plugged into a power strip. I can play rook, or matchmaking trios, but when I party up with friends after about an hour and a half my ps5 will just shut off. It does not give a warning or display any text. It just completely shuts off and my screen is blank. No other electronic powers off. I play plenty of other games in much longer sessions. This has only ever happened to me with marathon. Curious if anyone else has a solution to this? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear your PS5 completely shuts down every now and then when playing Marathon. You might need to reinstall the game and clear your console cache to mitigate these crashes.
