Loadout Lost After Successful Exfil

Dire Marsh solo, run ended around 2:43 Central time. Activated Algae Ponds exfil shortly before final exfil. Looted for a few seconds, then took the exfil which ran one or two seconds behind final. Exfil animation played and end screen showed successful exfil, but loadout was empty in menu.
