Infinite Loading screen when matchmaking in CRYOARCHIVE

Description of Issue: Infinite loading screen when attempting to enter "Cryo-Archive" . The screen remains stuck for over 15 minutes without proceeding to the match or returning to the menu even after closing the game through task manager and try reconnecting still infinte loading screen for me and my firend.

Repro steps: 1. Launch the game and select a Runner. 2. Attempt to deploy or enter the "Cryo-Archive" zone. 3. Observe that the loading screen persists indefinitely and cannot cancel, close the game through task manager try reconnecting and same screen appears and wait indefinetly (waited up to 15 minutes).
