Died due to a Crytical System Error - Dire Marsh

I've started solo run in Dire Marsh on Triage, wanted to loot some goodies. Came to Bio-Research and started pulling bots... and got one-shotted by some sudden death effect.

That is too brutal. Please get my equip back, NuCaloric don't want to barter medicine with me..
