Problem with Consumables wheel

The issue is as follows: when I select something from the Consumables wheel, a random option gets selected, as if I had chosen the smart heal option. Additionally, sometimes when I try to select HP healing, it instead selects shield healing, which results in me wasting both time and the item without receiving any benefit. This happens while I’m using the Consumables wheel in the following way: I press 4, select the desired option, and click the mouse to confirm. Also, the “Always use smart healing” option is turned off in the settings.

    Note: This only happens when HP is not full.

    Also I tried to adjust “Always use smart healing” option in the settings, it didn't help
