Standing behind the Pinnacle Strong Box in Dire Marsh Key Room

• Description of Issue - I used a gold/prestige key for Greenhouse. Looted the boxes, doing the third and final box from behind it to avoid having my back to the door. Looting the southernmost pinnacle strongbox in the Dire Marsh 2nd Story Key Room in Greenhouse from behind locks you behind the box permanently. 
• Rough Date and Time of issue - April 4, 2026 Approx. 5:15am EST
• Repro steps - Use prestige key in Greenhouse's 2nd floor key room, hop over or behind the southernmost prestige strongbox before opening it and you'll be stuck.

Is it possible for me to see the loot I should have exfilled with granted to me, or to have my use of the key rolled back at least so I can attempt again? I brought in an almost 10k loadout that I lost too.

This loss is 100% the cost of a glitch, and I feel it isn't too much for me to ask for the return of my lost loot at the very least.
