  I have had a similar issue but with the puck completely disappearing when it hits the exfil leg. It looks like the puck clips through the map since the animation fully plays out, the prime timer resets, but no there's no smoke.

  I have the last instance recorded where I lost two fragile purple keys at guarded exfil on Outpost and can post if needed. It has happened to me a few other times, but this is the only one recorded.
