Marathon.exe - Application Error on Exit

The following error pops up every time I exit the game and it locks my PC up for 15-20 seconds. “The instruction at 0x00007FFABBC32114 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read.” Game runs fine when in game, and does not crash. This only happens when quitting the game to return to the desktop.
