Thief grapple glitched midair near west Bio-Research building

This issue seems to be reported before [1] but with no video recording. Below you can find a video with this report.

  • Description of Issue -
While playing solo on Dire Marsh, I faced an enemy player who escaped using the ladder leading to the roof at Bio-Research. I tried to chase them, used Thief's grapple but grapple glitched and I was unable to reach to a position I wanted. The description in the report I linked at the beginning of this text is very similar to what I experienced.
 
There were no connection issues during this event. I can tell this because there was no red connection icon on the top right corner of the screen and my Wi-Fi connection was stable (my PC can switch between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, and Wi-Fi signal may go bad).

  • Reproduction steps

Below may or may not give the exact same result. They are merely reproduction of my work as far as I remember.

  1. Load into Dire Marsh as Thief, solo.
  2. Make sure your drone is on cooldown period.
  3. Go to Bio-Research.
  4. Go to building to the west, and stay on the north side of that building, outside.
  5. Fire at an enemy runner.
  6. Try to reach to roof of the building using grapple, see the video for exact angle and position.
