Gun didn't aim or fire during PvP encounter (Thief, X-Ray active)

This issue seems to be reported before [1] [2] [3] but with no video recording. Below you can find a video with this report.

• Description of Issue - While playing trio on Dire Marsh, I faced an enemy player but I was unable to fire or aim down to sight (Mouse left and right click buttons). There is no issues with the mouse, its a wired mouse, crosshair was moving during the issue. I encountered this issue for the first time. I got killed in the encounter.

Below may or may not give the exact same result. They are merely reproduction of my work as far as I remember.

1. Load into Dire Marsh as trio as Thief.
2. Equip an LMG with a shield attachment and enable its shield.
3. Go to Bio-Research.
4. Find an enemy crew, fight with them but not die at first encounter.
5. Use a mechanics kit. Use a shield recharge.
6. While your shield is recharging/healing, activate X-Ray Visor and face an enemy runner.
7. Unable to use Fire or Aim down to sight buttons while being able to move the crosshair.
