Unable to Chat/Voice Chat/invite friends

All of my voice chat settings are still disabled after: Submitting a ticket and following all instructions on my Xbox account to ensure chat permissions are open. ALL settings are open with no restrictions Verifying with KWS that this in an adult account, as well as Bungie staff confirming. I can provide details if needed. I cannot play this game in any capacity that is enjoyable for me. Can someone please comment when they find a solution, or if Bungie see this - can I actually get some real support instead of a canned statement.
