Disconected from the srver, and cannot reconect, and lost all stuf

Started duo outpost, and i was disconnected first, and when i was tryin to recconet game just disconnected my fried.
So, i cannot reconnect to the run, and it's counted that im am manually disconnected and i lost all gear i have taken into this run
But for my friend it counted as a server failure and he get system message with his gear

If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
