Bugged exfil when first exfil attempt is missed

Had this happen twice in the past day now. First instance:

3 man team on Outpost, we activated the exfil then one of us died during the countdown. Another ran away and I used the exfil. I spectated while they revived and took a different exfil. The after match report said I exfiltrated but the other two died and lost all their gear.

Second instance:

Solo on Perimeter, activated an exfil then killed a Thief that tried to use it at the last second. Jumped out of the exfil so I could stay and loot them, then went and successfully used a guarded exfil while DBNO (still had nearly half of the dbno timer left when the exfil activated). Match report said I'd been eliminated and I lost all my gear.
