Final Exfil Did Not Spawn

- Repro steps - No idea what caused the bug to occur. This occurred at the end of a duo's match where we were the final team alive, and the 2nd lockdown had spawned at algae ponds.

I had the exact same thing happen on Dire Marsh playing as a Rook just now, timer counted down to death without the exfil spawning.
Just happened to me right this moment on steam. WTF. I was opposite side of map, one map extract and nearest one was in lockdown so that only left a final extract. Not even a guarded one was open.
Same issue.
I don't know how many/if any logs you keep for matches, but just in case, I'll follow OP's lead:

Running as a trio, activated one of the exfills roughly a minute before the final exfil spawn. A Rook with a sniper rifle caught us off-guard and managed to snatch the exfill from us (good for him though!), oh well, we were close to last exfill spawns anyway, so that was ok we thought.
Timer counted down to 0:00, then stayed at 0 for a whole 8 seconds+, no final exfill spawned, and then the game abruptly killed us and ended. That was a pretty good haul we were hoping to exfill with so that a wasn't great experience :)
Same issue. Ran as a trio. Finished second Lockdown at Maintenance. Third spawned at Algae Ponds. Final did not spawn. Lost 8k worth of gear.
Same issue. Final extract did not spawn after lockdown event reached Algae Ponds. Lost all my gear and couldn't finish my quest that required an exfil. RETURN MY STUFF AND FINISH ALL MY NUCAL QUESTS. constant issues for just trying to play the game

Repro steps - No idea what caused the bug to occur. This occurred at the end of a trios match where we were the final team alive, and the final overtime exfil didn’t spawn in and we were instantly killed as the timer hit zero. No text for the final exfil appeared either.

The final exfil just didn't spawn aswell, we walked close to the known spot of the final exfil and it didnt come, some details : we had killed 3 teams and 2 rooks, we were blue shield, also the lockdown was on algea pound if that helps, added some pictures in case it helps,
