Bungie fix my user name or issue me a name change token!! Why does it take a month to do something is basic!??
Bungie for the fourth time I am writing you to tell you that since marathon has launched my name was automatically changed to “redacted”. I have had the same Bungie name for over 8 years ( Greatt-Nuss) that I was using in destiny 2. When I go to Bungie.net and go to identity settings it WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CHANGE MY NAME BACK! It gives me an error saying that my name is not valid or will not allow me to save the desired name change!! WTF BUNGIE!! Issue me a name token or change my name back and let’s get on with it!! Why tf is it taking you over a month to address such a simple issue that was caused by your company?!?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are still having issues with your Bungie Name. Name change tokens may be provided to all players from time-to-time, but we do not have any updates to share on when or if this may happen next. If you are out of change tokens, we can only encourage you to appeal the name change by using the link we provided in one of your previous threads. Please be sure to select the "Bungie Name was changed" selection for the reason for the appeal.
